Let people have a chance to go home at the 12 hour mark, or reasonably close. Let the competition do the ones we miss due to duty time. And then we'll do the ones that they (the competition) miss due to duty time. Or while they're on that 'missed flight' and another one comes in for our oncoming crew (which we've all seen happen all the time). Plenty to go around for everybody, and it all comes out even.

Management spends a lot of wasted and misguided time in meetings putting out energy on things that end up not being very productive. And the policies and rules that they shove down the worker bees throats just p1$$ everybody off.

You constantly annoy me with crappolla and minutea, guess how that's going to work out. I make a whole lot of decisions for you in the course of a work day (fuel purchase, customer relations, weather, maintenance, etc). I can have a good thought about you and your best interests, or just the opposite. Zap away all my positive energy and you might not like the resulting stats that you're so fond of crunching on Monday morning. Your choice.

Set the world on fire in your next career assignment hotshot.
