Jason Kidd (2017) has nothing to do with Part 91!

Jas0n Kidd (2017) has nothing to do with ending your Part 135 segments and continuing Part 91.

All it says that if you are Planning a 135 flight, you plan it to the end.  It doesn't say where you end it!  All it says is that you are on-duty until you are released, but it doesn't say you are limited to 14 hours under Part 91.

You want it to apply, but it doesn't.   You didn't ask the right question and the FAA only answered what you asked.  You didn't ask if it was OK to end a Part 135 Assignment and then begin a Part 91 Assignment!

I can't cut and paste something that is not there!   Maybe you can.  So, since you are trying to justify using Jason Kidd (2017) to say you cannot plan and fly a Part 91 Assignment after a Part 135 Assignment, then you cut and paste it.

That is the focus of this iusse and Jason Kidd (2017) does not answer that!  You are tyring to apply one set of rules against another!
