Easy there, little guy... its a post on an internet forum. No need to put words in my mouth, go on a rant and get your blood pressure up. Yeah... it would be great if every HAA op was flown in an IFR-capable, dual-piloted aircraft with the latest gee-whiz avionics package, only in daytime with clear and a million. That said, most of those communities served by HAA, especially the ones that have a need for HAA services cannot afford it and/or will not financially support it. Yeah... money's a factor. Helicopters don't operate for free. As a pilot, I SURE AS HELL don't operate for free... and neither does the self-loading baggage.
