Go to airlinepilotcentral.com to get the hourly wage on any fixed wing outfit

several caveats: you get paid based on when the aircraft is moving (min is 70-75 a month), so a $40 per hour brand new FO makes $36K per year based on a 75hr min.  A $75 per hour Captain makes $67K ish.

current bonuses might add 10-15K to that and per-diem is generally paid while you are away from your domicile; Away for 96 hours at $1.65hr is $160 ish for the four day trip to cover food/incidentals etc.

Expect to be an FO for 18 months based the current movement.

Obviously these are general estimations but plan on $50K as an FO then $85K as a Captain depending of the Regional you pick and how hard you work.

The end goal is to get to the majors in 5-7 years and be a second year FO making $130 an hour and go up from there.  Hope this helps.
