We got an email from our DO demanding an explanation from the pilots, even though evry complaint was out of the realm of pilot responsibility.
All customer complaints in this case were directly traceable back to management, but who get's put at the end of the long green table with no ashtray or water carafe?
Who gets put on the carpet with a mexican sombrero in the middle?
Who gets to dance the the Johnny Cash tune...I fell in to a burning ring of fire ?
Far be it from our company's DO to hold management accountable for what management is responsible for.
Why do that when you can blame the pilots ?
Usually after an escapade like this, a company wide memo gets sent out throwing the pilots in question under the bus.
If they do in this case, then like the Terminator T-800............I'll be back!
