We took some passengers to their destination, as per the manifest.

The passenger(s) complained to the schedulers that the airpcraft was too old, the seat didn't recline, the catering wasn't satisfactory, and get this; we got them to their destination early.

Before I start my rant, guess what our DO's 1st reaction was ?
