FAR Parts 135.323, 135.324, 135.325, 135.327 all address what is required for TRAINING under a part 135 certificate.

Part 135.329, 135.330, and 135.331 all address crewmember training, CRM, and crew emergency training.

So yes, the FAA does require part 135 operators to provide a certain amount of training.

In fact, subpart H of FAR Part 135 addresses nothing but training.
