Couple of things here.  First, I never left before any contracts were completed.  If you sign it,  live up to your side.


Second I'd not sign a contract for 206L training.  206L is what?  40 years old?  206L is the least qualified EMS aircraft choice out there.  It's just the cheapest, that's all.  Not a bad aircraft just the low end of the totem pole.


Third, there's a reason companies require training contracts.  One reason is they are flying leadiing edge very expensive aircraft and they don't want people coming onboard to learn the A/C and leave quickly for greener pastures.  The other reason is because the work environment is so toxic nobody will stay if they have an option.


5 open positions in a company as small as Midwest is a red flag.  5 open positions AND a $10K contract is a monster red flag......................Run, Forest, Run.
