I find it ironic that they want a training contract, yet at a drop of a complaint from a medical type, they are ready to terminate a pilot.  The pendulum swings both ways.  As pointed out earlier, it is also a part 135 requirement, therefore, it is a bogus requirement meant to intimidate employees to stay.  If their program was worthy, they wouldn't be looking for replacements or worried about training contracts.

FTW, I never left before my "contracted" time expired.  I wanted to, but as someone else said, "a man's word is his word".
