My company just sent me to 2 different FBOs at the same airport. 1 for landing, and 1 for takeoff. The second FBO assignment was in error by our company..

When I notified my DO about the snafu, he just said roll with it.

Whenever I point out snags like this, it is all minimized, but if pilots make the slightest mistake, like using the wrong rag to wipe the windscreens, a company wide memo gets sent out throwing the pilot in question under the bus.

My DO says I'm being negative, my DOM's favorite saying is "duh", no exaggeration.

Rant away if you like, I've said my piece.

It's part of the stress package, and the proverbial sugar honey ice tea sandwich that pilots get fed and told to smile while chewing.
