Pretty much what was exactly said above. Use your brain. When landing on a highway or heavily used road or something like that I will usually set down closer to one side of the road so that at least one lane can be opened if for some reason I have a mechanical or something. I will not shut down if there is a reason to believe I can't get it started again. However, if it's going to be a long wait time then I'll shut it down. It just causes a lot of extra safety problems. Way eaiser, quieter, safer, less stress for ALL involved to do a cold load.
