Last year wasn't the norm.  (At least not recently).  The early stuff last year didn't get much rain. Only the stuff up north and other later contracts at higher elevations.  Yes it allways rains, but not allways on your contract. The previous 2 years didn't have much drying. The year before, a lot of people from tri-cities to Orovile didn't turn a blade. So like I said, one can expect a 10-15 hour season "on average."  It's not a time builder. Nor a $$$$ maker.  I think $100/day is fair for that job but if I was negotiating I'd want a flight pay on top of that. $25-$50/flight hour would be a fair amount.  As my name says.....
