AMC had a 222 in MN some years ago had some sort of a hydraulic lockout in cruise flight. The aircraft went into a loop, and actually did two loops before the pilot could put it down on to a flat roof. It was an amazing fight that the pilot was able to walk away from. Can't remember if there was a crew onboard or not. Point being these things happen. Don't kid yourself. What will you do? |
