AMC just started offering a 250 a day incentive pay on top of the 250 they already are offering. Some of the more smarter pilots can educate me on the economics of paying pilots a low wage, then offer national pool pilot(Rental Car, Flights, Hotels etc.) and now more pay per shift. Why don't we pay a better wage and seek better pilots for the company. I would like a manager and and union people to school me on why we pay such low wages, and keep the culture of HAA in the dumps. |
