They will. They have been aggressive hiring for over 1.5 years with big sign on bonuses and raises. What did that equal, still record high pilot openings. Money is the only thing at the end of the day that talks. Pilots and med crews are the ONLY thing that generate revenue. Everyone else is just a cost. The contract is coming. You're a complete idiot to think otherwise. But, then again, there are a lot of stupid helo pilots 🤔
