Thank you to those who have completed and sent the free member benefit Life Insurance enrollment form to PHPA. For the rest of you; it's free, there's no catch and it's strictly a Benefit of Membership as an OPEIU Aviation member. This Life Insurance package for all Pilot members across OPEIU / PHPA, was created as a result of lobbying for such a benefit.

Reminder: The Insurance has two components, one each from OPEIU and PHPA for a total of $5,000. In the event of accidental death, the benefit doubles to $10,000.
