Do you prefer the AP on or off on a windy gusty day?

because the AP will make the ride a fun one with the gusts and corrections, I will turn it off if helps the crew not get sick. Otherwise I just leave it on. Just no upper modes engaged. You want to keep you attitude retention In case you hit a bird.
