People will realize a job does not love you. Management does not love you. HR thinks you are a liability to the company. Accounting thinks you are an expense to the company. A job is a business arrangement. Internal investigations to fire people and used to defame are more valuable to the employee in a suit. And finally, business is buisiness, and business is cut-throat.
