Confirmed by a senior VP in AMC as well as a union official. The raises are a straight 14%. So take your base salary and add 14%. If it doesn't equal $86k, you will automatically be bumped up to $86k. This was a measure meant to help stop the bleeding of pilots to GMR temporarily. The union has confirmed there will still be pay negotiations in the upcoming negations. AMC guys will still get more pay to come, as this measure still screws any pilot that has been with AMC longer than 3 years.. This is not the end offer by either side. Time will tell now how much we will get
