Has me wondering. The unprecedented hiring and starting pay will certainly attract a lot of folks who would've otherwise filled seats in the helicopter world. So, do you think as a result we'll see significant pay raises on the rotor side? Genuinely curious as to how this will play out. I have a phenomenal job that I truly do love and challenges me. However, I am admittedly underpaid. Being 40, I'm quickly approaching that point where a transition to airlines isn't really worth it anymore.
