109 Crash Landing @ LA Pad (redux)  

Pilots seem to love to make dogmatic statements about cause of every crash before any investigation has even taken place. Speculate if you must to educate yourself and other, but please no dogma.

Watch the vid again (start @ 20 sec to see spinning). Speculate if you like.  But there is no way you can dogmatically say anything other than it appears to be a T/R issue.  PERIOD

The issue could be 1) Mechanical Failure 2) Reported wind direction and velocity exceeded Limits 3) Pilot error applied insufficient or incorrect pedal.
