Yes, the pay will go away once the base is fully staffed for a while, which at the HTF bases is never. Been there for years get pay for no reason? Uuuuhhh, Huh? Everyone at the base gets the extra HTF stipened. If you are trying to indicate that the pilots that have been there for a long time should not get it, then I have words for you. If you are trying to say they should get it, then welcome! Those of us that have been at these bases for years and never left should absolutely get the stipened, we have been picking up extra shifts, covering and working our a $$'s off for years making up the extra. Having that HTF stipened is at least something.
