I'm guessing he or she is a newer HAA pilot who's having a hard time adjusting to the cruddy work ethic and toxic culture that many (not all) medical "crewmembers" bring to work. I used to let it get to me as well. Unfortunately, it took awhile for me to get it through my head that it wasn't me they had an issue with. It wasn't the weather or safety. It's simply laziness or lack of caring. To the OP... Don't let it get you all down or mess with your head or screw with your confidence. It's not about you. It's about going along to get along. You're not getting paid by the flight hour. Listen to your "crew"members... decline the flight... go back to sleep. DO remember to document EVERYTHING.
