Does anyone have experience with this? My lead is going to start giving us "comp" days instead of paying overtime at 1.5. If we work an overtime shift we will then be given a shift off as our compensation. I have not been at Metro long but my lead is saying that this is done at many Metro bases. He says he is trying to keep overtime costs down by doing this as well. Just want to get an idea on how many bases use this because at my indoctrination nothing like this was mentioned.
