you're correct & it's just not the town that's exspensive either,in top 3 of highest gas taxes in lower 48, roads suck, taxes high, auto insurance high, BS State emission for ALL newer vehicles$$ I just  sent my DL renewal in for a car & motorcycle endorsement for 5 yrs. $63.50!
