I disagree...  Pretty sure he or she has dune a bunch of stupid stuff flying and is looking for reasurance from the masses to validate the mindset that its not a big deal.  For the older peeps, its not the first time we have seen it.  If he makes it past and interview and into training i would bet he would wash out in training.
