They will raise the pay when you start leaving for the airlines.......But... they know you won't because you're too lazy to go out and improve your stock as an aviation professional. You simply think your financial woes will go away by complaining about it.  After all, you're a helicopter pilot. They have all you fools by the balls. A second year first officer at an airline is making more than you fools do after 15-20 years in EMS. A 15-20 year airline captain is making 400k. Yeah keep telling us why it's better to be a helicopter pilot.
