Agreed! What happened with their bankruptcy filings? Haven't heard a word about it after the union contract was signed. Usually when a company is going into bankruptcy, especially from a private equity firm like American Securities, a major reshuffling of senior leadership follows i.e. CEO is gone, CFO is gone, etc. That hasn't happened. Makes you wonder if it was all a rouge to bring pressure for the contract's acceptance. Enquiring minds want to know...
