You got a 3.25% raise a few months ago.

This contract will place you on a pay scale matrix closest to your current pay rate. 

You get to move to the next level on the matrix (4% higher) but not til a year from the ratification date.

So no bump in pay right now for a year.  

Suck it up.   Vote yes because anything more might not get approved by bankruptcy judge, but don't think for one minute that this is a good deal.  It's not.  But it's what there is.
