Any Metro line guys getting paid for the monthly "required" base safety meeting that I have to call for free every month? 30-60 minutes of my life gone forever monthly for free with threats of disciplinary action if I miss 2 in a year... |

2 hours OT pay minimum per meeting. they rarely go over an hour. |

I got so stressed out from trying to get the teams app to work on my phone, I could not safely pilot an aircraft. This was even after my 4th beer while sitting at the bar. Time for a safety report! |

It spells it out in the manual for you. You get paid if you show up in person, if you call on the phone you do not. It's literally 1 - 2 hours once a month, is that really such an inconvenience? |

Do you think Metreaux says the same thing when it comes to flight time??? NO. they bill for every minute. Why should an employee donate time to the company?
