Any insiders know the details about this? Received a text from a local, non aviation, saying it was a pilot's last flight before retirement. Can't imagine the heartbreak in this unit. |

Apache Pilots have been known to do some crazy things, and I know of one from Fort Hood that actually and successfuly looped that MD Monster before he retired as CW5 several years ago. |

You only know one that looped an Apache? Loop, roll, split S, all very doable in that aircraft and done by many. |
