Can someone post the contract for AMC? So we can see how good it is, and how we can make other companies conform to the new standard.

If that is the standard the industry goes off of, should the other companies meet or exceed what they offer to attract pilots and mechs?

Just like PHI back in the day, they would release a contract and TexAir/Era/etc, everyone else would meet or exceed that pay to attract pilots.
