Union politicians lied and claimed they got the previously offered $15k bonus in this contract and called a new retention bonus a ratification bonus. A weak union holds its best members back from advancing themselves. Union, You want more respect? Offer a decertification vote and see where the majority of the forced membership really stands. |

i mean serioulsy, if you don't think the company and managment will hold you to that 7yrs and what you agreed...they don't have to go above 3% or 4% now in raises....because your locked in....and kiss anymore retention bonus's goodbye....7yrs......and for what, taxable money now and even that $10k isn't paid....$5k now (like $2500 after taxes) and then the other amount in a year....BRO come one you idiots wanted the quick cash now... |

For the past 6yrs. I've gotten at least 4-6% in raises a year. So what's your point? And yeah you'll get taxed more come Tax season when you get hit with that on your salary wages. hey if your happy with 4% with no other money a year good on you. just saying your not going to get anymore $$$ throughout the from thr company. No special adjustment etc. you don't think the bean counters and attorneys will now micromanage all monies now paid to you?
