They're so proud of their raise, they won't tell us what it is. They said it's in effect on Aug 28, so we'll find out what it is on our Sept 15 pay stub. |

even with that "$50,000" (not sign on) 3yr stipend they were offering wasn't doing the trick....they had to do something....the AMG will still be the lowest paid in this industry compared to the other real companies... |

they still couldn't get the hiring they needed because their pay was a joke....All they did was come up to what other Operators are paying now....because their toxic hiring was a joke and still couldn't hire anyone with that joke of a $50,000.......well good luck to them...still a joke of disorganized company.... |

PHI has shown again and again that they will not offer pilots market pay now that Al's gone. If you're in a position to quit, quit. If you're not, like me, I think all that's left is to join the union and hope we can actually get enough onboard to make a difference. |
