What is the current AMC payscale? What would be the starting base salary for a new hire at 110% ACCRA? Thank you.

but it is about 90. They have been bringing pilots with no EMS and 2000 in low 80's. Add the 10% and it's about 90.

Starting pay is 86k. 10% of 86k is 8600. 86k plus 8600 is 94,600. Therefore your starting pay at a base with 110% ACCRA is 94,600 if you have no EMS experience.

Yup, that's why people take EMS jobs... the GREAT overtime. Depending on your region it can be easy money if you have bases within a 1-3hr drive. Otherwise it's not worth the days off it takes to cover a shift. You're just wasting your life away if you do EMS with the plan to do lots of overtime (or for the float pilot jobs). May as well get a job in a different industry that requires travel and overall pays way better.

become a helicopter pilot and get an ems job but if you work overtime traveling it's wasting your life so get different job that "overall" pays way more but still travels because they are everywhere and then you won't be wasting your life lol

You guys don't work at AMC for sure.

If you are a new hire - this is what you get.

86K base to 94,800 max.

Experience stipends- 1000-8000, on a special occasion 10K.

Geo Mod or ACCRA 110-160% Very few at 160% Thanks to Union and AMC

IFR 2400 a year

Lead is 3500 a year

Safety is 1500 a year

If you have been at AMC greater than 5 years, you are way behind on pay.  They brought you up to 86K but all the new hires start there too, plus a lot of new hires are being hired at hire rates going around the Union.

The Union does not protect your pay...period.

Good Luck if you decide to stay, it will not get better.
