OV10 Bronco.  Designed by a couple Marine Corps aviators in a garage!  Hershey bar wing, apparently loads of fun to fly and great for observation and recon.  Friend flew one out of Thailand 1972.

A good read about being an OV-10 pilot in Vietnam.

It doesn't look like it's on Kindle, but you can find the print version on Amazon.   Worth the $20.

 Is that a recent photo? Are they still in military use?  CalFire and the US Forest service obtained several OV-10 Broncos many years back ( early 2000s) as surplus. CalFire re-fitted several and are in use all over California as air attack and lead planes for tanker planes. As far as I know the USFS program for the same use never went very far.

DOD had a couple OV-10s in Iraq a couple years ago
