137 doesn't require a chief pilot. So that doesn't make sense. Even if that was the case, your POI should allow it for 30 days while you search for a replacement. |

he was also their DOM. Gotta have a DOM. And they have a 133. Have to have a chief pilot for that. Also their company requires someone in that position for safety reasons. So, yes, they gotta have a chief pilot. You're welcome |
