Emails for OT  

Lead pilots, managers please put the aircraft type as the first item in the subject of your emails when requesting coverage from 'ALL PILOTS'. I only fly one type and am inundated with emails that I can't help with.

What if IT could group pilots by aircraft qualified in, I'm sure that could be done.

EX for email title: B407 Coverage needed Anytown TN,    EC145 Coverage needed Anytown MD

I miss the days when all the schedules were in one folder online, and any pilot could access them when they wanted to work extra. Emails get deleted or lost in the mix, and shifts are going uncovered.

There's gotta be a better way.
