AMC starting: $82,900-$86,000 annual raise: 3.25% GMR starting: $79,808-$92,000 annual raise: 3% biggest difference is that even though GMR has a lower annual raise they will start you higher and that equals rewarding for experience, AMC does not. GMR simply does a better job with retention than AMC. Hopefully with the new contract AMC will actually be competitiv and keep pilots. Right now AMC pays more for lesser experienced pilots when GMR pays more for those with experience. As simple as it gets.
