depending on how many hours you fly....if you don't fly, you don't get paid.....If i don't fly in HEMS, i still collect a check...I haven't flown all week and still collect my check and 3 of those days was OT with a paid Stipend....so I highly doubt you get paid MORE than a HEMS, since you have to hustle flying...plus is that Collective time or on the clock time?   Most tours morons pay collective time
